• Reconciliation of all Capex GL Accounts:
-Various assets categories.
-Land & Buildings as per instructions by the client’s auditors.
• Valuation of assets (Land & Buildings excluding)
The reconciliation of the various Capex GL Accounts will be done to indicate exactly which assets category must be debited. We will at various clients do the exact split between the various assets categories and the auditors in most cases will use our split of the accounts for their annual audits.
• Provide the auditors of all lead schedules pertaining to the Assets Register. This will include the following:
– All additions for the specific financial year.
– All disposals for the specific financial year.
– Depreciation calculations.
